Edison’s Mason York wins first ever JPWest Media Player of the Year

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA- Mason York has been voted the first ever JPWest Media Football Player of the Year that we saw in a competitive vote with Josiah Lamarque, AJ Vandermade, Parker Awad, Carter Hogue, Cooper Hoch, and others. The Junior Wide Receiver out of Edison High School in Huntington Beach, was a huge part of Edison’s 9-2 run to the CIFSS Division 1 Playoffs. With 9 touchdowns and 840 yards on 47 receptions and 87 yards a game. 

Expect York to match that his Senior season and being a huge key in the Chargers offense in 2023
