FRISCO, Texas — The Dallas Renegades put together a complete performance on both sides of the ball Tuesday night at Toyota Stadium, rolling past the St. Louis Battlehawks 31-15 to move to 2-0 on the young 2026 UFL season.

Quarterback Austin Reed carved up the Battlehawks secondary for 213 passing yards and three touchdowns while adding just one interception. His go-to guy Tyler Vaughns was unstoppable, hauling in 10 catches for 116 yards and two scores. Running back Dae Dae Hunter provided a strong ground complement with 57 rushing yards on just six carries as Dallas piled up 291 total yards of offense and 21 first downs.

The Renegades jumped out to a 9-3 lead after the first quarter and never trailed. They built a commanding 17-3 halftime advantage, went scoreless in the third while St. Louis added a field goal to make it 17-6, then put the game away with 14 fourth-quarter points to seal the 31-15 final. Dallas controlled the clock at 27:45 to 23:40 and went a perfect 3-for-3 in the red zone.

St. Louis (now 1-1) managed just 165 total yards (129 passing, 36 rushing) and 10 first downs on the night. Quarterback Brandon Silvers finished with 129 yards and an interception. The Battlehawks’ offense was held to 0-for-2 in the red zone and struggled to sustain drives against a swarming Renegades defense that forced a turnover and limited big plays all evening.

Special teams contributed as well, with kicker C. Theaker converting field goals and extra points to keep the scoreboard rolling in Dallas’ favor.

Head coach’s squad looked like the more complete team from start to finish — efficient on offense, physical on defense, and opportunistic throughout. With Reed distributing the ball effectively and Vaughns proving once again why he’s one of the league’s most dangerous receivers, the Renegades offense is clicking on all cylinders just two weeks into the season.

Next up for Dallas will be another tough test as they try to stay unbeaten, while St. Louis will look to bounce back and even their record when they return home.
