HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA- On the campus of Huntington Beach HS at Cap Sheue Field it featured a dramatic one between the Huntington Beach Oilers and the El Toro Chargers. El Toro seeking their first win while Huntington Beach looking to improve on their great start.

1st Quarter: El Toro coming off a loss to Fountain Valley 38-0 last Thursday was looking to rebound tonight as both defenses having a scoreless first quarter.

2nd Quarter: The Chargers offense got things going in the 2nd quarter as Ben Armedariz with a huge pass to Josh Vivonia helping the Chargers go into the locker room at the half up 6-0

3rd Quarter: Oilers tried to fix their mistakes as Vaughn Popp comes in for Daunte Bell with a huge 4 play drive for 74 yards that ended with a short screen pass to AJ Vandermade for the Touchdown putting HB up 7-6. El Toto though would respond right back though Lucas Amorelli with a huge receiving Touchdown taking the Chargers into the 4th up 12-7.

4th Quarter: This one came down to the wire and a large part of that was Nathan Tauanuu’s Fumble Recovery in the red zone putting the Oilers up 14-12, El Toro’s kicker Niko Castillo would come up huge for the Chargers with 4 seconds remaining on a game winning field goal to help the Chargers get their first win of the season
